Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bheemverse Innovation Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our") operates SocialSelling.AI. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains our policies regarding subscription cancellation, refund eligibility, and the process for requesting a refund.

1. Overview

SocialSelling.AI offers subscription-based access to our AI-powered social selling and marketing automation platform. All purchases are processed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) via authorized payment gateways. By subscribing to any of our paid plans, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy as well as our Terms of Service.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription only. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 calendar days from the date of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund subject to the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original payment date.
  • The refund applies only to the very first subscription purchase made by your account.
  • The refund does not apply to any add-on credits, one-time purchases, custom services, or renewals.
  • Significant or excessive usage of the platform during the 7-day window may result in the refund being denied at our reasonable discretion.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

3. Refunds After the 7-Day Window

Once the 7-day money-back guarantee period has passed, all subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, any unused portion of a monthly or annual subscription, mid-cycle plan downgrades, account suspensions, or cancellations. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the paid features of the platform until that date.

  • Monthly subscriptions: Access continues until the end of the current monthly billing cycle.
  • Annual subscriptions: Access continues until the end of the current annual billing cycle.
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method after cancellation takes effect.
  • Cancellation does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances:

  • Add-on credits, message credits, AI generation credits, or other consumable units that have been used or partially used.
  • One-time setup, onboarding, training, or implementation fees.
  • Custom development work or bespoke integrations.
  • Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) after the initial 7-day window.
  • Third-party charges (e.g., SMS, voice, ad spend) that we pass through to you at cost.
  • Accounts terminated by us due to violation of our Terms of Service.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the 7-day money-back guarantee, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@socialselling.ai with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your registered account email, the date of your original payment, the order/transaction ID, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  3. Our support team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and review your eligibility.
  4. If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
  5. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refunded amount may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

7. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you are charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical error, or if a payment is debited from your account but the subscription is not activated, please contact support@socialselling.ai within 30 days. We will investigate and refund any verified duplicate or failed transactions in full to the original payment method.

8. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate suspension of your account. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that does not comply with this policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page, with the revised effective date noted at the top. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
